Our service for liquidating your estate or home can include either or both an on site Estate Sale or Auction held on-site or at our location. We are fully licensed and insured. We will be happy to come to your location to evaluate your items and help you decide how best to dispose of your estate or household furnishings. There are no up-front fees. We work on a commission basis depending the size of your estate or liquidation of items,advertising and personnel cost. We offer honest clean up of your home after the Sale and can provide options which no other  Estate Company in this area can offer. We are fully certified with references.
